To begin the process, visit the airdrop tab of the Axo Vault and click "Connect wallet."
Click the checkbox and select your wallet.
This will vary slightly depending on the wallet - in this example, Eternl has opened a pop-up window requiring you to click “Connect To Site.”
To verify that you own the connected wallet, press "Continue."
Your wallet will open a message for you to sign using your wallet password. This is to ensure that you control the wallet.
The next step is to verify your identity. To begin, select the “Verify now” button.
A pop-up menu will then ask if you have already verified your account. As this is your first time verifying a wallet, click "New verification" to proceed.
Here you can choose whether to continue the verification in your browser, or on your phone. To proceed on your browser, click “Continue on this device.”
Click the privacy consent checkbox and select “Next.”
Enter your email address and click “Send verification code.”
Check your email and copy the code you have been sent.
Paste the code into the verification field.
Click "Next."
Select your country, enter your phone number, and click "Send verification code."
Enter the code that has been sent to you via SMS.
Press "Next."
Select the country that issued your ID and select the identification document type you're submitting, then upload your documents, and click "Next."
Here you can choose to either use your geolocation or upload proof of address documents. To proceed with geolocation, click "Allow access."
Geolocation provides an approximate position, so it may not reflect your location with pinpoint accuracy. Where possible, fill out the fields with relevant data to confirm your location. Once complete, press "Next."
Click "I'm ready" to verify yourself with a selfie.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
You'll see your verification status here (note that it may take 48 hours). You can close this screen and you will be notified by email when the verification is complete.
If you want to claim from multiple wallets, visit the account page and select the option to "Add new wallet." Any wallets that you connect and confirm ownership of will be automatically associated with your account. Users may link as many wallets as they wish, but only 4 airdrop claims are available per user by default.
After this limit, a 150 ADA processing fee will be charged per additional claim. This fee will be used to offset expenditures related to compliance assessments. An affidavit may also have to be signed in front of a digital notary, affirming that the claimed wallets are yours.
If you wish to claim from more than 4 wallets, please open a support ticket on the Axo Discord for information on how to proceed.
Once you have completed your verification, connect the wallet you'd like to claim from, go to the airdrop page, and click "Claim now" to begin the process.
Scroll to the bottom of the AXO Airdrop Terms, select the checkbox, and then press "I agree."
Press 'Continue."
In this step, you will sign a pre-built transaction to send 35 ADA, which will be used to create the vesting contract.
This process will vary slightly depending on the wallet - in this example, Eternl has opened a pop-up window requiring you to enter your password and click “Sign.”
Click "Next."
Click "I'm ready" to verify yourself with a selfie.
Follow the onscreen instructions.
Once you've verified with your selfie, you will be taken back to the airdrop page, which should now say that your claim is pending.
After 36 hours, Axo can have full confidence that Cardano has successfully processed the transaction and it will not change.
Due to the aforementioned confirmation time, users are advised to return to the Vault after 36 hours. If you would like to have more information on transaction processing, please visit the FAQ in the Axo Vault.
That's it! By following these steps you will be able to claim your AXO airdrop allocation.
